A flat rate of $10.00 (includes tracking AUS only) postage per order within Australia and $18.00 for NZ and $25.00 for USA. At this stage we do not offer postage to other countries, please send an email for further information.

Free postage on all orders $80.00 or more Australia Wide (with tracking)

Free Express Post on all orders $120 or more Australia Wide

Free postage on orders $100.00 or more to New Zealand, (with tracking)

Free postage on orders $100 or more to USA (with tracking).

If an item is damaged upon arrival you have 7 days from arrival to email a photograph of the damaged item for either a full refund, store credit or exchange product. Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, you may exchange an item for something else from Snap Buttons. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For online exchanges, please list alternative item(s) in case we have sold out of your first choice. Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges, unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered).

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met

1. Items must be in original condition as purchased with any labels/tickets still attached.

2. Items must not have obvious wear

3. Strictly 7 day money back guarantee from date received.

Snap Buttons are not suitable for children under the age of 3. Parental supervision is required. 





  • Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 equal instalments due every 2 weeks.
  • You must be over 18 years old and be the authorised holder of an eligible debit/credit card to apply.
  • All orders are subject to Afterpay’s approval – for example, if you have any overdue payments, Afterpay will not be available to you. 
  • As part of our approval process, we may conduct a pre-authorisation on your nominated card, up to an amount of your first instalment.
  • Afterpay limits whilst shopping with Snap Buttons cannot exceed $2000
  • You can make repayments to Afterpay any time BEFORE the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically try process payments on the scheduled dates from your card. If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply – initial $10 late fee, and a further $7 if the payment remains unpaid 7 days after the due date.
  • For each order below $40, a maximum of one $10 late fee may be applied per order. For each order of $40 or above, the total of the late fees that may be applied are capped at 25% of the original order value or $68, whichever is less. 
  • If you won’t be able to pay on time, please contact Afterpay as soon as possible.
  • The delivery/quality of goods and all refunds is the responsibility of the retailer where you make the purchase.

Our new loyalty rewards points are available towards all products in our store.

Points are added to your account once your order has been dispatched. Reward points can be added instantly by taking part in special offers, eg: liking us on Facebook etc. 

You can redeem points for vouchers which you can use towards your next order. Only 1 voucher code is allowed per order. 

Your points will never expire and remain in your account until used.

Loyalty points are only for retail customers and are not available for wholesale accounts.
